About the Firm

John Rynne & Company solicitors is a progressive modern law firm, established in 1998 which sets as its goal the provision of a comprehensive range of legal services to a diverse client base in a prompt, personal and friendly manner and in strict confidence. 

The prompt delivery of integrated advice across all areas of the law tailored to your particular situation so as to best provide you with a satisfactory legal solution is what every solicitor should aim to provide. 

Our practice has been actively involved from the start in litigation, property and family law as well as in providing advice to businesses and the preparation of wills and administration of estates.  We handle cases in the District, Circuit and High Courts as well as the Employment Appeals Tribunal.

We are a practice which aims to be comprehensive in the services we provide and this mixed practice allows us a particular insight in interacting with our clients so as to help us find a legal solution for you. 

 

Our principal solicitor, John J.A. Rynne qualified in 1995 having studied law in University College Cork, obtaining an honors degree in 1991 and further studied with the Law Society of Ireland. John also holds a first-class honours diploma from University College Galway.  He previously worked with the firm of Michael Houlihan & Partners solicitors in their Shannon offices, prior to setting up his own practice.  He has tutored in contract law and is particularly interested in advising clients in a pro-active way by working closer with their particular needs.  In addition, John takes responsibility for the overall management of  the practice and its quality assurance. 

 

The firm has grown steadily since its inception and it is centrally located at 13 Abbey Street in Ennis, the county town of the County of Clare, in the mid-west of Ireland.

 

Consultations are available at 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm weekdays except Wednesdays and can be arranged outside normal office hours if required.  Home or hospital visits can also be arranged, if appropriate.  We are contactable at 00353 65 6844522 or by fax 00353 65 6844525 or through this website.
